Outstanding experience from start to finish
We could not have had a better experience. Oliver is very knowledgeable and his assistant is absolutely wonderful. His flooring installers are experts. They left nothing for us to clean after they left.

Custom flooring project handled perfectly
I had handmade flooring I wanted installed and finished, this was the only place that would even talk to me about it. The owner is incredibly nice and came out to inspect the floor and talk me through the process. Michelle in the office was excellent at keeping me updated and answering all my questions. And most importantly, the finished product looks amazing. Their crew worked hard and did a great job.

Fast installation and outstanding results
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Unique Flooring Solutions. Oliver came out the same day I inquired about a new hardwood floor in my entire second floor. I got a quote and some hardwood recommendations to look at, and my fantastic new floor was installed within the next two weeks. The employees were all very professional and conscientious. I have dogs and cats and was very concerned about them getting out a door. The employees understood and were very kind about making sure my pets were safe in their spaces I had kept them in. The floor is beautiful and I am so glad I went this route with Oliver and Unique! Michelle was great, too. Very professional and helpful with everything we needed! And last, and sometimes most important, is their price was the best you're going to find in town! Thanks so much for everything!

Can't say enough about the customer service provided by Oliver at Unique Flooring! He answered every phone call or responded to every text within minutes. Our circumstances seemed to always create an urgent need to get work completed. Oliver always found a way to meet our needs or offered workable solutions. He was very flexible and would go out of his way to help us. The follow-up on any issues or concerns was fabulous! He went out of his way to help us when the appliance delivery persons created some damage to our newly refinished floors which, by the way, are beautiful!! Thank you Oliver and Team!

Flexible scheduling and excellent workmanship
We had a window of time when we could refinish the oak floors of our new house before we needed to move in. The owner, Oliver, came out himself to quote the work the morning after we took possession of the house, sent me a reasonable quote a few hours later along with a confirmation that he had sourced a crew who start three business days later. That day he also referred me to a carpenter who came out the same day and quoted switching out the stair spindles in a timeline that would coordinate with the floor refinishing. We are very happy with the finished results of our floors and stairs. This past Monday we learned that our carpet order from a different vendor (not Oliver’s company) had been messed up and would no longer arrive in time for us to move in. We reached out to Oliver and he was able to rush an order and arrange for it to be installed by Friday of the same week in order to save our timeline. We were once again very happy with the finished results. The care and urgency we received was above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend this business.

Great flooring options and installation
We had a great experience with Unique Flooring. We put some hardwood in our upstairs landing and luxury vinyl in our basement. They have many different flooring options as well. We priced out having a handyman do the work, but Unique was still less. I would highly recommend using them for any flooring needs.
